Free tools for quitting vaping
Four tools that run in your browser. Nothing to install, no account, and everything you enter stays on your device. They are complete on their own — none of them is a preview of the app.
A puff counter that works right here, in your browser
Count vape puffs in your browser with one tap. Daily totals, 30-day history and your heaviest hours, stored on your device. No account, no download.
What is vaping actually costing you?
Work out what vaping really costs you per week, month, year and five years — and what you'd keep by cutting down. Any currency, no signup.
How much nicotine is in your vape — and how does it compare to cigarettes?
Convert e-liquid strength (mg/ml) into nicotine per pod and per day, with a cigarette comparison that shows its own arithmetic — and its limits.
Set a timer. Let the craving pass.
Vaping cravings peak and pass in minutes. Start the timer, breathe with the pacer, and log whether it passed. Free, no signup, nothing to install.
Why these are free
Counting your own puffs should not require a download, and the arithmetic on a bottle of e-liquid is not worth an install. These do the job on their own, export what they collect, and keep working whether or not you ever open the app.
What a browser tab genuinely cannot do is remember you across devices or survive cleared site data. That is the honest difference, and it is the only thing these pages claim the app is for.
Puff Zero is a behaviour-tracking app, not a medical device. It does not treat, diagnose, prevent, or cure any condition. Talk to a doctor, pharmacist, or a stop-smoking service about quitting nicotine, medication, or symptoms that concern you.
