1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Puff Zero, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Puff Zero is a tracking and support app to help users who want to reduce or quit using e-cigarettes (vapes). The app offers:

• Puff counting and monitoring
• Progress tracking
• Mood check-ins
• Tips and personalized support
• Virtual assistant (Puffy)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Puff Zero. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Available plans:

• Weekly Subscription: Automatic weekly billing
• Annual Subscription: Automatic annual billing
• Lifetime Access: One-time payment

Auto-renewal: Weekly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Cancellation policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or compromise the app's security
• Share your account with third parties
• Reverse-engineer the app
• Use the app in a way that could damage or overload our servers

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Puff Zero, including design, graphics, text, and code, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Puff Zero is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that:

• The app will function without interruptions
• You will achieve your cessation goals
• Results will be accurate or reliable

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the app. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without prior notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
