Built by an independent developer, it's available on iOS and Android in 12+ languages with a free tier and a premium plan.
What Puff Zero is
Puff Zero is built around one idea: every puff you skip is a win. Instead of demanding you quit overnight, it tracks each puff with one tap, shows you the moods, places, and times that trigger you, and shrinks your daily limit along a Reduce or Quit plan you choose. Who makes it
Puff Zero is built by Matheus Mello, an independent software developer. There is no growth team and no content farm behind it — the app, this site, and the quit-vaping guides are produced by a very small operation, which is also why you'll see "Matheus Mello" as the seller name on the App Store and Google Play rather than a company brand. Same person, same product.
How we handle health content
Quitting nicotine is a health topic, and we treat it that way. Every article on this site follows a written editorial policy: claims are checked against WHO, CDC, NHS, and national health-authority guidance, statistics must trace to a named source, and every piece carries an honest section on what apps and self-help tools cannot do. Puff Zero is not a medical device and our content is not medical advice.
